One of Purple IT's larger customers. Seven residential branches in addition to new homes, lettings, commercial, survey and financial services departments. We offer full time IT support six days a week using remote access and onsite visits.

A local business but with a high reliance on IT for both purchases, order tracking and invoicing. We have aquired and setup several key new pieces of equipment including their latest edition of a colour network printer.

One of our newest clients. We are currently upgrading all their email accounts and shared data to help streamline communications. This is achieved through a combination of POP and Exchange Email Accounts.

We have recently completed a large mail shot in Darlington. We were asked to provide full artwork in addition to sourcing an appropriate printer who would return great quality combined with value for money.

Offering ongoing support for their evolving website in addition to maintaining all office equipment. We also actively assist in artwork design for marketing materials including local press.

A successful family run engineering company in Washington. Very forward thinking and keen to utilise the latest range of technologies including mobile email. We are currently working to streamline their communications by merging existing software packages and provide one customer management system which will be accessible by both their office and off site employees.

Our first ever contract. Over the last year we have upgraded the majority of their equipment including colour printers, vista laptops and recently a PDA with email access. As their business has diversified we have provided a complete range of new marketing materials in addition to stationary and a new website with which we are very happy.

Properties
Whilst IT is more of a benefit rather than a prerequisite for Gilesgate properties we have helped to make things as simple as possible offering the Director of the business access to all his information regardless of his location. This is achieved through remote access, vpn's and online data.
Thames Valley Drinks
We are currently working on a state of the art ecommerce website which we hope to launch in the second qtr of 2008. We offer ongoing remote support in addition to scheduled maintenance visits. During our last visit we installed a wireless network which greatly benefits the logistics of their office.
North East Property Buyers
Our newest customer - and an exciting addition to our customer portfolio. We aim to concentrate on backup and security as our first priorites followed by helping them to realise the potential which they can release from their IT systems. We are also working alongside their new software development which we hope to have launched in 2008.
Tyne & Wear Engineers
Running several bespoke software packages TWE have had several interesting episodes during installation of newer machines/operating systems. However with perseverance and a considerable amount of research we have been able to upgrade several key areas to provide a more efficient and secure system.
Bellissimo North East
Another referral from an existing customer. Bellissimo utilises a modern and professional website to generate new leads (please see our website portfolio). We were responsible for all of their artwork and design including website, stationary and logo.
Gas Fix North East
One of our existing customers recognises the level of new business which can be generated online - in particular through Google. We are currently running a comprehensive Google AdWord campaign to help drive traffic to his website and hopefully generate a high level of interest in his services.
Homemove Services North East
We are currently providing support in sourcing a case management system to be used to combine conveyancing and Hipps - with the deadline for one and two bedroomed properties have been announced for the 14th December 2007. Thus far we have registered key domains and setup email services for new enquiries.
A Room In The Sky
A true local business success story. The majority of their work is from referrals and local press advertising however we believe that a strong website reinforcing the quality of their work, and their commitment to providing value for money will assist in increasing their rate of return on advertising investment. Customers like to have something which confirms the existence/reality of local businesses and a website is a great way to achieve this.
